Wildgate offers various accessibility options in-game.
These can be found in the game options menu under Gameplay > Accessibility
Custom Item Rarity Colors
There are four different rarities for loot found in the Reach: Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Golden. You can leave them as the default colors, or pick which you'd like to change from a list of color options.
Subtitles
When active, shows subtitles for voice lines spoken by the in-game characters. A breakdown of the options related to subtitles include:
- Subtitle Background Opacity - Controls the opacity directly behind subtitle text. Select via a sliding scale from 0% - 100%.
- Subtitle Font Size - Changes the font size for subtitles. Select from Smaller, Default, or Larger.
- Subtitle Font Color - Changes the color of subtitle text. Pick from a variety of colors.
Colorblind Correction
Applies a color adjustment filter to the game window to help distinguish colors for certain color vision deficiencies. A breakdown of the options related to colorblind correction include:
- Colorblind Correction - Select from one of the following:
- None - No correction
- Protanope - For people who are unable to perceive the color red.
- Deuteranope - For people who are unable to perceive the color green.
- Tritanope - For people who are unable to perceive the color blue.
- Correction Amount - Controls the amount for the selected colorblind correction. Select via a sliding scale from 0% - 100%.
UI Scale
Adjust to increase or decrease the size of all onscreen UI elements. Select via a sliding scale from 70% - 150%. Default is 100%.
Toast Duration
Adjust how long to display notification toasts. Select between Short, Medium, and Long.
